The history of Underwood can be traced all the way back to 1926, when Edgardo Rustioni the company founder first qualified as an “Artigiano Pellettiere”, a leather craftsman in the age-old tradition of Italian leather craftsmanship.

In the early 90’s the decision was taken to re-design the Underwood line and to extend the collection to include not only high quality leather goods but launching also the unique and innovative “Underwood Modular Winding System”, a modular system of watch winders specifically designed with the needs of the watch collector in mind, to safely store and maintain automatic watches.
